Daniel is an Annie award-winning freelance editor known for his work on the BAFTA and Academy award-winning animated short film 'The Boy, The Mole, The Fox and The Horse' directed by Charlie Mackesy and Peter Baynton. His other work includes Emmy award-winning Netflix's Love, Death and Robots anthology series with Rob Valley.
After graduating in media technology at the school for applied sciences in St. Pölten/Austria, he came to London to study post-production at Ravensbourne college and then found his way into the heart of London's commercials post-production world.
Working with Guy Ritchie on the groundbreaking Nike 'Take it to The Next Level' campaign in 2008 at The Mill, set the direction for Daniel's career focusing on technically challenging CG and live action work. Setting up and heading in-house editing teams at The Mill and later at Passion pictures, Daniel worked with leading agencies and brands on worldwide campaigns and promos including work for Gorillaz, Google and Nike.
Current work includes Simone Bile's Olympic campaign for SKII and announcement gaming trailers for Sega's and Freefire's latest blockbuster games with Jon Saunders.
Over the last two years Daniel has been working on 'The Boy, The Mole, The Fox and The Horse' by Charlie Mackesy overseeing the editing process from storyboard to final picture. Daniel has been awarded the Annie for 'Best editorial' - TV/Media' for The Boy, The Mole, The Fox and The Horse.
